Safety Officer  

  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

 

·         University graduate/ BSc/BA in safety management, engineering or relevant field is preferred

·         Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as safety officer/ 25 - 30 years old

·         In depth knowledge of legislation (e.g., OSHA/EPA) and procedures

·         Very good knowledge of ISO process and procedures

·         Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices

·         Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety

·         Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics

·         Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus

·         Outstanding organizational skills

·         Diligent with great attention to detail

·         Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics

·         Certificate/s in occupational health and safety (NEBOSH/IOS/OSHA)


  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·       Develop specific safety objectives and create actions plans to meet those objectives

·      Maintain, review and report safety performance, identifying opportunities for improvement along with implementing preventative and    corrective actions as required

·    Identifying changes in activities, products and services that may create new QHSE Risks or invalidate previously identified risks, aspects and hazards an ongoing basis.

·       Compiling, Validating, maintaining and reviewing RISK Register as per the organization’s procedure

·        Monitoring and updating the IMS programs in PEC meetings

·        Organizing, Coordinating and preparing/distributing minutes of Safety Committee meetings.

·       Assist line management personnel in meeting their obligations under the relevant Occupational Health & Safety legislation, such as ongoing safety education, hazard identification and elimination.

·        Internal/ External communication related to HSE regulations, Legal & other requirements, evaluation of compliance.

·        Ensuring the contractor and his personnel working inside company are aware and abide to organizations IMS requirements.

IT Security Information Officer 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

·         Local candidate (Visa 18 transferrable)

·         Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

·         Minimum 5 years in ISO relevant experience.

·         30 – 45 years old

·         Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 / ISO 20001 

·         Proven experience in information security management.

·         Strong understanding of IT risk management and compliance frameworks.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·      Preparing IT related forms, policies and procedures.

·      Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies, maintain the IT Risk Register

·      Revising the IT forms, policies and procedures as and when necessary, in consultation with the concerned sections.

·      Foster the Information Security and IT Service management culture in line with international standards

·      Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures as per the IMS / ISMS requirements

·      Design and prepare workflows.

·      Conducting internal audits, liaison with external auditors.

·      Provide IMS, ISMS training to IT staff, check the IMS knowledge of the staff time to time.

·      Review Supplier SLAs and prepare supplier NDAs when necessary.

·      Prepare and obtain supplier NDA’s if required

 

·      Attend IT project status meetings, prepare progress reports, minutes of meetings and maintain project documentation.
