Primary responsibilities  :

Primary responsibilities

 ·         Preparing Daily Sales Report after checking and analyzing sales invoices and posting them in  finished goods ledger.  

·         Creating new codes to be used in ERP of Finished Goods and Raw Material items based on technical particulars provided by technical department.

·         Processing Local and Export Sales Enquiries by calculating Cost of each and every item and fixing their selling prices based on management’s policy.

·         Keeping Account of Work Orders by updating daily production.

·         Pricing Stores Receipt Vouchers of Raw Material and Spare Parts based on their respective Purchase Orders and making adjustments with actual cost.

·         Entering Hedging transactions in the ERP and keeping account of Hedging brokers and preparing their payment as and when due.

·         Calculating Losses incurred in production at various levels and due to various reasons like loss of productive machine hours, losses due to faulty production etc. and preparing report to be submitted to CPADA committee.

·         Preparing individual data sheet of produced finished goods on the basis of actual input provided by Quality Control department so as to calculate and update their actual cost during the month.

Preparing monthly reports on Sales analysis, Variance analysis, and other reports as desired by management.
