Primary responsibilities :

Ø To Coordinate between Regional Tech. Support  Manager ,Chairman & Managing Director  (CMD) office  ,department heads ,engineers and executive staff ,customers and suppliers as and when required

Ø Sending, receiving , distribution, scrutinize ,maintain and binding of letters ,memos ,faxes ,emails ,reports ,to the concern authorities and follow up ,also official documentation filing.

Ø Coordinating with staff ,like messenger ,driver ,typist ,fax operators ,telephone operator ,office boy and cleaning staff allocation  when it is  necessary.

Ø Handling communication and meeting for the RGM

Ø Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :

Ø Graduate/ Higher Secondary

Ø Computer  well knowledgeable

Ø Minimum of 2 -5 years

Research & Development (R&D) Engineer - 1

Primary responsibilities :

v     Follow up development studies for the cables designs till reaching to the optimal design.

v    Study any development submitted by the factory’s departments/ sections/ persons  in coordination with the concerned departments in the factory and implement this development in the case of its contribution to improving the products or reducing the cost, etc. for any of the followings activities:

Ø   A new materials and new suppliers.

Ø   New grade of material from an approved vendor.

Ø   New or modifications in process / setting parameters.

Ø   New or modifications in machine/tools.

v    Study and Analyse to reduce the scrap percentage for the raw materials in the manufacturing stages and for the final product of cables.

v    Study and analyze to achieve the optimum performance of the machines

v    Supports the development of products through knowledge of the International standard specification and the customer requirements.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :

v    Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

v    Experience in the power cable manufacturer with Knowledge & Skills as follow:

v  Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

v  Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture.

v  Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.

v  Talking to others to convey information effectively.

v  Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.

v  Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

v  Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

v  Analyzing needs and product requirements to create a design.
